Yves at The Sebel Kiama is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and proactive bartender to join our team on a casual basis.
Yves is a stylish bar and restaurant overlooking the beautiful Kiama Harbour and Pacific Ocean. Known for its contemporary take on classic dishes, curated wine list, and signature cocktails, Yves offers a vibrant and memorable experience to both locals and hotel guests alike.
As a bartender, your primary focus will be crafting exceptional beverages that elevate the guest experience, but you'll also be ready and willing to jump in and support across the floor, whether it's running food, hosting, or assisting guests. We're after someone who's confident behind the bar but also a true team player with a bright, outgoing personality.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
• Proven experience in bartending in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and standout cocktails
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support across all front-of-house areas
• A naturally warm and engaging presence with guests
• A current RSA certificate
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
