About the Role

As a Warehouse Support / Account Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of our warehouse while providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Container unloads
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Forklift operation loading and unloading trucks

Account Management Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Process orders and respond to customer enquiries
• Coordinate deliveries and provide stock availability updates
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen customer accounts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support

  To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse, storeperson, or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • A forklift licence (advantageous)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
