We're growing our Property Management team and are on the lookout for a flexible, reliable and outgoing Inspections Officer to support our expanding portfolio.
Responsibilities
As an Inspections Officer, you'll be out and about conducting residential property inspections, checking condition and identifying maintenance needs.
You'll also spend time in-office (or remote where suitable) preparing reports and planning your next round of inspections.
You'll have the freedom to choose your workdays and hours (within required inspection timeframes) so you can fit the role around your personal commitments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Organised with great time management
Friendly and confident interacting with tenants
A licensed driver with a reliable vehicle
Able to provide a police clearance
No prior real estate experience required
