About Adapt Movement
We're a multidisciplinary allied health clinic in Geraldton, WA. Our team includes physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist, a psychologist, and a dietitian, all working under one roof. We have a fully equipped gym and Pilates studio, a bright and light-filled clinic space, and the beach five minutes down the road.
We run flexible consult times, allocate dedicated admin time every week, and build caseloads around our practitioners. Our team collaborates daily, informally between consults, formally in case conferences, and across disciplines for shared patients.
How we work
Our caseload is predominantly MSK and pain focused. We practice through a biopsychosocial lens, which means active management, genuine patient education, and empowering people to understand and own their recovery.
We're best suited to physiotherapists who value critical thinking, ongoing learning, and helping patients take an active role in their health. If you find yourself genuinely curious about pain, movement, and the person in front of you, you'll likely feel right at home here.
The role
We're open to shaping this role around the right person. The core of it looks like this:
Predominantly MSK and pain focused caseload, with flexibility to tailor to your clinical interests. Flexible consult times structured around what the patient actually needs. Dedicated admin time built into your schedule every week. Full access to the gym and Pilates studio as clinical tools. A co‐created career pathway, whether that's clinical leadership, a specialist niche, or mentoring others as the team grows.
We take this seriously. You'll have a dedicated PD budget, 1:1 mentorship with the director or someone better suited, peer support within the clinical team, and external CPD actively encouraged and funded. We expect you to keep growing, and we'll make sure you have the environment and resources to do it.
What we offer

Who you are
You hold full AHPRA registration and have full working rights in Australia. We're unable to offer visa sponsorship. You ideally have 2 or more years of clinical experience, though we're genuinely open to the right person if your values and clinical approach are the right fit. You're committed to active management and the biopsychosocial model. You communicate well and connect easily with patients. You're curious, coachable, and motivated to keep developing. And you're someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team, inside the clinic and beyond it.

Geraldton is a real coastal city, not a remote posting. Affordable housing, genuine amenities, a tight community, and an outdoor lifestyle most city‐based physios are quietly envious of. The ocean is five minutes from the clinic. The commute doesn't exist.
