What you'll do:
Support delivery of asset due diligence and valuation services through data analysis, market research, asset inspections, modelling, and strategy development.
Perform valuations for mergers & acquisitions, purchase price accounting, fair value reporting, impairment testing, taxation, insurance, finance, and other purposes.
Conduct domestic and international physical inspections of plant and equipment.
Develop and review valuation models for tangible assets and due diligence processes.
Lead client meetings and facilitate calls with management and on-site personnel.
Leverage in-house data and analytics tools for Fixed Asset Register audits, rebuilds, and CAPEX optimisation.
Assist senior leadership in client engagements, proposals, and inquiries.
Support a wide range of capital-intensive industry clients.
Build trusted relationships with PwC teams and clients, and mentor consultants.
What we're looking for:
Background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent STEM discipline paired with Business/Commerce qualifications.
Proven experience in plant and equipment valuation.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Innovative problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
Membership or eligibility in professional bodies (AMP, API, RICS) and relevant valuer certifications preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ETL and visualization software such as Power BI, Python, or Tableau.
