The Opportunity

Looking to start 2026 with a fresh challenge?

This exciting new role has opened up for an experienced Seasoned Senior Project Manager ready to take the lead on project installations across Sydney and nearby areas.

You'll be juggling multiple projects at a time, typically valued between $500K and $1 million. This role offers real independence, plenty of visibility, and the opportunity to guide a talented small team in a warm, family-focused environment that values balance over burnout. With the strong support of an experienced National Head of Projects & Delivery and an outstanding COO, you'll have the freedom to tailor the role to your strengths, creating a path that highlights your abilities while delivering successful projects, customer value, and exceptional service.

Our client is looking for a standout PM who combines great people skills with a firm but fair approach. You tackle every challenge with urgency and foresight. With your hands-on trade experience, you understand the work, stay ahead, and spot issues before they happen. You're confident on builders' sites and know how to deliver what they need. We want someone present, proactive, and ready to lead from the front—not just move chess pieces around.

Who is this client you ask?

Our client is a distinguished and highly regarded Australian company, widely acknowledged as a leader in their industry for Architectural Acoustic Systems design and distribute a collection of award-winning acoustic sliding door systems, operable wall systems, decorative screens, and single glazed door systems. This well-established national organization attributes its growth to continuous innovation, a strong reputation for exceptional products and customer service, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of its employees, making it an outstanding employer of choice.

Their success comes from a foundation of quality, integrity, and lasting client relationships, with over 80% of projects stemming from repeat customers. What really makes them stand out, though, is their people-first culture. Built on trust, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose, they value their people just as much as the projects they deliver.

The culture:

There's no corporate BS here — just real leadership, clear expectations, and a sharp focus on delivering quality outcomes. Just a team of good people going in the same direction.

Proactive and ready to lean in when needed, you will work with an iconic portfolio of builders, from concept to installation, you will keep the projects moving, lead the execution and performance ensuring brand consistency, making sure installers are compliant and projects safely installed.

A great project manager isn't just a taskmaster but a visionary thinker who approaches conflict resolution with respect. They see beyond the current phase of work, understanding how each deliverable connects to the bigger business picture. Their success lies in reshaping culture and blending innovation with customer value, while bridging the gap between project goals and strategic objectives. There's no need for notices about delays or Lds.

Your high-level emotional intelligence will have a galvanizing effect on your teams and the organization. You won't just crack the whip louder; you'll inspire ownership and camaraderie.

My client strives for excellence in the industry, consistently hiring top talent to maintain their position as an award-winning organization that challenges conventions and sets industry standards. You will join a dynamic, transparent, and highly professional leadership team, immersed in a rewards-driven culture where your contributions are valued and your achievements recognized.
