This role suits candidates from customer service, sales, or account management backgrounds who are confident dealing with people and want to step into a more commercially focused position.
What’s on offer:
* Base salary + commissions + super
* On-target earnings around $80K
* Monday to Saturday roster (weekly RDO)
* Full training in vehicle buying, negotiation, and market pricing

What you’ll be doing:
* Building relationships with people looking to sell their vehicles
* Learning how to assess and purchase used vehicles (full training provided)
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Supporting stock flow and vehicle movement
* Handling admin, documentation, and coordination
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and confidence dealing with people
* Natural relationship builder (not just transactional customer service)
* Driven, motivated, and commercially minded
* Ability to think on your feet and follow process
* Current driver’s licence is a must
