The Role: Site Supervisor (South of the River)
You'll be responsible for managing residential builds from slab down, ensuring homes are delivered on time, to standard, and with robust communication across trades, suppliers, and clients.
This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where organisation, trade coordination, and problem‐solving are key to success.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing residential builds from slab down through to completion
* Managing trades and subcontractors to maintain build schedules
* Coordinating materials and ensuring timely site progress
* Maintaining quality control across all stages of construction
* Proactively identifying and resolving in‐office issues
* Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and clients
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards
Who we're looking for:
* Experienced Site Supervisor who knows how to keep builds moving and communicate clearly, without losing control of quality or timelines.
* Proven experience in residential site supervision
* Strong understanding of WA residential construction processes
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously
* C‐Class driver's licence
* Trade or building qualification (advantageous, not essential)
