We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our management team and head up the food experience at Delilah.

To Be Successful in This Role
* Demonstrated expertise in managing a high-volume kitchen
* Proficiency in menu costing and ability to control and minimize wastage
* Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensures the variety and quality of the servings
* Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
* Strong understanding of wage management, rostering and costing
* Implement and manage stock control, ordering, and checking of deliveries
* Good knowledge of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
* Excellent communication skills and can work proactively with Front of House to give customers a great experience
* Ability to produce high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
* Strong food safety compliance
* A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results
* Ability to engage with the local community
