The Role:
We are looking for a committed Team Leader to join our retail family at Adelaide Airport in a Part-Time capacity. Up to 30 hours on offer.
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences – lead by example.
* Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets.
* Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team.
* Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting. Confident communicator and motivator. A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome.
