The purpose of this job is..

The Store Leader is responsible for leading a team of Optometrists and Optical Dispensers/Assistants to deliver excellent customer service and achieve financial and operational targets for the store.
What you'll need to make it possible
Must have a minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with leadership experience and optical experience considered desirable
Customer-centric and energised with a can-do attitude, willing to learn optics and experienced in leading small teams.
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive KPIs and sales performance
Prior business and people management experience essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer care
Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed
Understanding how to generate income and control costs
Ability to deal with difficult conversations promptly when they arise
A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
Requirements:
Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
