The Tamworth Business Chamber, a leading voice for business in the region, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals to join our dynamic team in temporary administration support roles .
We currently have the following opportunities available:
* 6-Month Contract (until 30 November 2025)
Monday to Friday, Full-Time (38 hours/week)
* Casual Roles (until 31 August 2025)
Monday to Friday, up to 25 hours/week
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to Chamber members and visitors
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
* Supporting member engagement and handling general enquiries
* Assisting with the planning and delivery of Chamber events and initiatives
* Performing general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications and skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred
* A friendly, professional attitude with a proactive approach
* Good attention to detail and confidence working with digital systems
* A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, community-focused environment
