Administrative Support Specialist
* Provide administrative and calendar support to the Director of Advancement.
* Assist with day-to-day tasks for the Head of Engagement, Admissions Coordinator, and Marketing Coordinator.
* Coordinate and manage supplies, promotional stock, and office resources efficiently.
* Support event preparation, including signage, marketing materials, and collation of guest and enrolment tour bags effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to communication platforms professionally.
* Provide occasional reception/front office backup as needed.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Office of Advancement, encompassing our Admissions, Marketing, and Engagement functions. Responsibilities range from administration and office management to event support and stakeholder engagement.
