K'gari (Fraser Island) is home to a fast-paced dynamic team, and we're seeking an Organisational Development Specialist.
* Manage all HR activities from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless employee transitions.
* Partner with leaders to provide coaching and support in human resources activity and employee management, fostering a positive work environment.
* Assist managers with people-centric conversations, including performance management, to drive employee engagement and growth.
* Support effective implementation of culture and engagement strategies, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Key Requirements
* A strong background in generalist HR across all areas of the HR Lifecycle, with experience in employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Advanced computer skills across different HR platforms and spreadsheets, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
* Demonstrated expertise in people management and engagement in a culturally diverse environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
