Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations during critical evening and weekend periods, ensuring client safety, wellbeing, and continuity of care across crisis and supported accommodation services.
This leadership role supports a team of dedicated Support Workers to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred services to individuals experiencing homelessness who are referred through the justice system.
The successful candidate will create a safe, structured, and supportive environment that helps clients stabilise, meet their bail or parole conditions, and work towards long-term housing and wellbeing goals.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting after-hours and caretaker staff, responding to emergencies, writing clear handover notes, and identifying and reporting building safety or maintenance issues.
Requirements for this position include experience in a Homelessness and residential setting, a valid driver's licence, and a Working With Children's Check (Employee).
