* Preparing a wide range of administrative documentation, including employment contracts, forms, guides and correspondence.
* Maintaining accurate records, compliance documentation and data across multiple systems.

* You can quickly establish effective working relationships and will make an exceptional contribution to office culture.
* You can demonstrate success working across a variety of software programs — including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite — and can identify and implement system solutions to problems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A track record of interpreting and applying legislation, policies and guidelines.
What we offer
* Meaningful work, with a commitment to investing in your career growth and professional development.
* Competitive remuneration package.
* An amazing office culture that values relationships and reflects the ethos of the Catholic Church.
