The Opportunity
You will be part of a passionate team of caring professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the nursing care in our facility, ensuring that each resident receives high-quality, tailored support that meets their unique needs and preferences.
* You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
* You will manage care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.
* You will ensure the safe and reliable management of medication administration, with accurate documentation of medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.
* You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and services to our residents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
2. Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
3. The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes.
4. Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings.
5. An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
