About the Role:
Due to continued growth, Mader Group's Rail Services division are currently seeking Track Maintenance Workersto join our shutdown crews across Australia commencing from 2026.
Travel required - both FIFO + DIDO, flights & accommodation included where needed from major cities.
For this role you will be involved in:
* Replacing and repairing worn or broken rails, track clips & sleepers
* Action re-railing, re-sleepering, removing bog holes, welding & rail adjusting
* Work outdoors in all weathers

What do I need to join?
* Previous Track maintenance experience
* Hold a RIW card
* Drivers Licence
* Construction White Card
* National Police Check within 3-6 months or willing to get
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Strong commitment towards safety and quality
