Reporting to the Community Program Manager, the Clinical Care Manager is a key leadership position within the Home & Community Services division of McLean Care and is primarily responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to all Home & Community Services staff.
The Clinical Care Manager will be adept at leading a multi-disciplinary team and be an experienced and innovative health professional with considerable knowledge and experience in primary health care or community-based care.

Essential Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor people and teams to achieve goals and meet targets
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and effectively utilise new knowledge as it relates to clinical care
- Ability to devise creative responses to human needs based on use of formal services and informal networks
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads of self and others according to changing priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships that enhance organisational relationships
- Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Skills
Knowledge
- An in depth understanding of Home Care and Aged Care Sector including legislative and funding guidelines
- High level clinical knowledge and experience working with clients with complex care needs, disabilities, or serious injuries
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience, preferably working in a primary health care or community-based setting
**Qualifications**:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current unencumbered QLD Driver's Licence and own insured/registered vehicle
