Key Responsibilities:
* Lead monthly revenue reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, delivering clear insights on financial performance.
* Provide strategic financial advice to senior leaders, supporting commercial decision-making across the business.
* Deliver budgeting, business planning, and in-depth financial analysis for key business units.
* Manage revenue month-end close, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
* Enhance stakeholder understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks through clear, strategic guidance.
* Support governance processes, including compliance with the Gate Investment Framework.
* Continuously improve revenue accounting systems, processes, and financial controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.
* Build strong partnerships across the organisation and support finance-led improvement initiatives.
About You:
Offering a strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards and financial reporting requirements, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
You will also hold:
* A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
* CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent), with a solid foundation of relevant professional experience.
* Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, and confident using Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
* Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including those without a financial background.
* A collaborative working style, with the ability to foster strong relationships and contribute positively to team outcomes.
* A focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable financial insights that support business decision-making and commercial outcomes.
