These positions offer regional project opportunities, variety, and career growth.We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor - Site Manager / Foreman for our Bomaderry-based Class 2 Residential Project.The RoleThese positions are ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking variety and the opportunity to work with a successful mid-tier construction company.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily site operations, including supervision and coordination of sub-contractors, materials, plant, and equipment to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.Monitoring sub-contractors to maintain a safe worksite and compliance with HSEQ standards.Overseeing the construction program and coordinating project resources effectively.Providing technical advice, support, and assistance to the project team for complex issues during the project lifecycle.Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.About YouTo join our team, you will have:Previous site management experience, preferably with a commercial builder.A trade background in Carpentry / Building (preferred but not essential).The ability to work autonomously, proactively solve problems, and work effectively within a team.A good understanding of WHS processes.A proven track record of completing projects from start to finish.Hands-on experience coordinating subcontractors and trades logically to facilitate construction.Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.The ability to establish and maintain quality relationships internally and externally.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to join a well-respected company that invests in its people.
