**The Role**
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading mining supplier - The Contract Specialist Procurement will partner with key stakeholders including operations and legal to manage contract negotiation of all procurement contracts across WA and NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Play an important part in post contract execution with high value spend up to $125 million.
- This role is on either 6 month or 12 month contract, with potential to go permanent thereafter with multiple business development opportunities along the way.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing contracts for the procurement of goods and services.
- Execute procurement category plans in accordance to key stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- A tertiary qualification in areas of procurement, category management, law or engineering highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract specialist within similar scope of work.
- Previous exposure to SAP or similar ERP system.
