Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our high-growth team.
* Build long-term relationships with key accounts, becoming their trusted technology partner for all solutions.
* Promote sales through strategic business account planning and execution.
* Expand product offerings and grow market share within assigned territories or accounts.
* Identify and develop net new opportunities in the reseller space to accelerate business growth across all verticals.
* Establish and track performance metrics for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Deliver exceptional service and support, meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.
* Ensure seamless execution of distribution operations, including order management, inventory levels, and logistics coordination.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align distributor initiatives with company goals.
* Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver training sessions to equip distributors with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively represent the brand.
* Network with peers and counterparts to co-sell, cross-sell, and up-sell: MSFT, CISCO, Google, Zoom.
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, analyzing performance results and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Manage quarterly MDF plans, ensuring expenditures align with budgetary guidelines for assigned accounts.
* Monitor and analyze weekly funded head activity, tracking pipeline, forecasts, ROI, and KPIs to ensure joint business alignment.

* Proven sales experience working with distribution channels
* Results-driven leadership skills, committed to finding new opportunities in a growing business
* Strong sales and communication skills, able to conduct effective presentations face-to-face and virtually
* Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of working at all levels, including C-Suite
* Broad business and industry knowledge, with a proven ability to build relationships with distribution partners and penetrate management-level accounts
