Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic social media content calendar aligned with the practice's goals and values.
* Create and schedule original content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms.
* Collaborate with clinicians to produce psychoeducational content and mental health resources.
* Monitor trends in mental health and social media to ensure relevance and thought leadership.
* Respond to comments and messages with empathy and within professional boundaries.
* Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Coordinate with web and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Previous experience managing professional social media accounts.
* Strong understanding of mental health topics and sensitivity to diverse client needs.
* Excellent written and visual communication skills.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps).
* Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Familiarity with ethical boundaries in healthcare communication is a plus.
