Customer Support Officer - Aftermarket Parts

Purpose of Role
As the Customer Support Officer, you will support Weir's mining customers with the ordering of aftermarket parts for Weir extensive range of equipment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data management, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and manage sales orders for assigned customer accounts
* Provide regular updates and reporting on the status of spare parts orders
* Process returns, credits, and Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
* Collaborate with the Sales team on pricing, delivery performance, and reporting
* Assist with price management and general administrative tasks

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support or service role
* Sales administration experience (highly desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general Microsoft Office tools
* A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience using SAP or Ariba systems (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
