Job Description
The Account Lead plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client activities for assigned properties and facilities. This position serves as the key point of contact on-site for key stakeholders and clients, overseeing the management of Integrated Facility Management, Records Management, Business Support Services, Budgeting, Accounting, and Finance.
A high-performing team consisting of a Facilities Engineer, Handyman, and two Facilities Coordinator/Receptionists reports directly to the Account Lead.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational support and management of facilities, business support, and fleet
* Lead and coach a high-quality team to ensure training and development
* Proactively engage with stakeholders to meet client expectations
* Develop effective relationships across multiple organisational levels
* Manage vendors ensuring timely and cost-efficient service delivery
* Ensure procurement processes comply with agreed client guidelines and best practices
* Oversee contract management and monitor financial targets
* Compliance with OH&S guidelines and recommendation of continuous improvement practices to reduce costs while improving operational standards
