We're a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering exceptional service and innovation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team and help us maintain a robust and reliable technology environment.
The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You'll work across hardware, software, and network environments, providing both remote and on-site support.

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and Intune endpoint management.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems.
* Advanced troubleshooting across Windows desktop, server environments and common networking protocols
* Coordinate Cyber Security Measures within Microsoft Purview and Defender.
* Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the IT knowledge base.
* Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
* Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Relevant Microsoft certifications
* Current Australian Driving License
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
