Responsibilities
* Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote short-term rental properties across multiple digital platforms, including OTA channels (e.g. Airbnb, ***********), Google and social media.
* Develop and manage advertising content, including property listings, visual materials, and promotional copy, to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
* Coordinate advertising schedules and campaign rollouts to align with seasonal demand, occupancy targets and market trends.
* Monitor and analyse advertising performance metrics (e.g. impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates), and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness.
* Work with photographers, designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials for rental listings.
* Optimise property listing visibility and ranking performance on booking platforms through targeted advertising strategies.
* Conduct competitor advertising reviews and identify opportunities to improve campaign positioning and reach.
* Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
* Prepare reports on advertising campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
