Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey and by collaborating to empower customers to identify the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs and ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Act as a go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
