It is expanding to include advanced-scope roles, multidisciplinary programs, medication stewardship, and virtual care.About The Role:A full-time opportunity for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist to work over 10 days (80 hours) per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with potential work at other sites and on a roster basis for weekends and public holidays.The pharmacist will provide clinical pharmacy services across various services, ensuring compliance with legislative and accreditation standards, and work collaboratively within the department.To Be Successful You Will Have:Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalentRegistered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered careGood interpersonal and communication skillsAt least 3 years’ hospital pharmacy experienceNext Steps:If interested, click 'Apply' and follow the prompts.
