o Drive business development and client engagement with prominent brands
o Mentor junior professionals and contribute to team success
* Entry-Level Recruitment Specialists:
o Support senior professionals in sourcing top talent for corporate and professional roles
o Screen candidates, manage job advertisements, and coordinate interviews
o Gain hands-on experience and structured training
Requirements
* Senior Recruitment Professionals: Proven agency recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a proactive mindset
* Entry-Level Recruitment Specialists: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude; previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset
