Business Teacher

Marist College Ashgrove, located in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs, is a distinguished Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12. Inspired by the values of St Marcellin Champagnat, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent academic and career pathway results for our diverse community of learners.

The College is seeking a suitably qualified and committed Business Teacher, who has a passion for teaching and working as part of an energetic team committed to excellence in the classroom.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until the end of 2026.

Essential Selection Criteria:

1. Commitment to pastoral care of students

2. Awareness and understanding of boys' education theories and strategies

3. Substantial knowledge and experience of curriculum initiatives and development in education

4. High degree of discretion, initiative and personal organisation in the execution of

responsibilities and duties

5. Flexibility and resourcefulness in working with a variety of staff members

6. Ability to work collaboratively with teams to enhance the College's identity as a Catholic School in the Marist tradition

The Recruitment Process

Applications close 9:00am on Friday 20 February 2026.

* If your application is accepted for the next stage, you will be invited to attend an interview.
* Interviews may commence for suitable applicants prior to the closing date.
* All candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
