Responsibilities
* Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu‐based catering for students
* Successfully manage, mentor and develop your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
* Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
* Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
* Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person / Qualifications
* An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking
* Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams
* Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting
* Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
* Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
