Corporate Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate account manager to join our team in Tasmania. This role will be based in the Hobart office, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days a week in the office.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, implementing client-first principles to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement Client First Principles across a portfolio of accounts within our Corporate practice.
* Manage end-to-end relationships with key clients, fostering effective long-term partnerships and monitoring changes to preserve these relationships.
* Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, identifying and meeting client needs.
* Develop and implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
* Maintain awareness of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing corporate client accounts in the insurance industry.
* Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for delivering high-level client service and solutions.
