Overview
We are seeking a specialist resource with hands‐on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)
* Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions
* Configure Planner 5 to support portfolio‐level reporting
* Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights
* Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
* Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
* Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirements
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5
* Strong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning tools
* Experience supporting demand and capacity management use cases
* Ability to work independently and deliver hands‐on implementation support
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Mandatory Requirements
* Active NV1 Security Clearance
* Ability to work on‐site in Canberra
* Experience working in a Federal Government environment (highly regarded)
