RAC Motoring are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join their team - this role is integral in assisting with the coordination and implementation of marketing communications to deliver on business objectives.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting Motoring, Finance & Home Services Marketing team to deliver ATL & BTL marketing activities with particular focus on owned channels such as internal communications, website, Horizons, social media, eDMs and direct marketing.
- Briefing, coordinating and producing marketing materials.
- Planogram management and execution at various motoring and sales channel sites.
- Maintaining and updating content on the website and marketing materials.
- Managing review websites and price updates across various marketing channels.
- Content management from third-party suppliers (i.e. Computershare).
- Management of marketing SMSs and DMs (renewals, overdue, cross sell).
- Maintaining stock management for marketing collateral.
- Coordinating internal photoshoots, campaigns and incentives on an ad hoc basis.
- Budget management - raising purchase orders, processing invoices and reconciliation of expenses.
- General administration duties as required.
What are we looking for in you?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
