Our Perth (North Lake) based Medical and Emergency Response team working from our Perth Training Academy is on the lookout for a Mobilisation / Scheduling Officer.

The Role
As a member of the Medical And Emergency Response Operations team you will be responsible for rostering and assignment of staff, all aspects site mobilisation, travel and issuing of PPE to onsite teams.
During times of leave and high demand you will also be assisting with recruitment of new staff.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
•Proven and recent experience mobilising staff to tier 1 and 2 resource companies
•Proven and recent experience in rostering and resource allocation.
•Proven and recent experience organising medicals
•Proven and recent experience organising travel and accommodation for staff members.
•Working knowledge of HR and Recruitment process.
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced high pressure environment
•Strong attention to detail and tenacity to get the job done.
•Strong organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities;
•Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality;
•Excellent Oral and written communication skills
•Flexibility on rostered start and finish times to work with the team to ensure coverage for our many national clients, staff and contracts.
KPI’s for the role will include:
•Roster accurate and scheduled shifts filled to contracted KPI’s 100%
•Staff mobilised to site with 100% accuracy
•Ensure all staff are kept qualified to role and site standards at all times
•Training and skills database 100% up to date,
•Issuing and tracking of uniforms and PPE to FSA standards.
•Staff HR Records 100% up to date
