About The Role
Join our dedicated team and bring personalised, person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes, helping them live healthier, more independent lives. You'll be supported by a team that values you and nurtures your professional growth.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis in Coffs Harbour.
Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert care, including medication, wound, and diabetes management
* Managing catheters and compression bandages
* Conducting DVA assessments, HCP quarterly reviews, and post-hospital reviews
* Guiding and mentoring two Enrolled Nurses
* Keeping care plans up to date based on evolving assessments

What We're Looking For
You're a dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
You'll Also Need
* Current AHPRA registration
* At least 2 years of community nursing experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A valid driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
* First Aid & CPR certification
