We produce a range of Infant Formulas and Toddler Milks made from fresh whole goat's milk. We have collaborated with dietitians and paediatricians to curate the world's first certified Palm oil-free baby formula. We strive for absolute naturalness, creating wholesome nutrition through game-changing innovation - which is why we are proud to be the world's first formula to use cold-pressed flaxseed oil.

About the Role
Part-time, 25 hours per week. Early or late shifts may be required. Must be able to work one Saturday per fortnight. Rostered days will be set in consultation with the successful candidate.
Early Jan 2026 start date.
This role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional travel required for work-related events, team building, and co-working days. For team members based in Sydney, office space is also available.
We are hiring a Consumer Service Expert to manage consumer queries, process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels.
The role is to offer support to our LittleOak families on their feeding journey offering.
Experience/education in an Infant care role such as Naturopath, Paediatrician, Midwife, Nutritionist, Lactation Consultant and/or other Health care professionals is essential.
To excel in this role you need to have an unwavering passion for children's health, some experience in consumer service is a must, an ability to work autonomously in a digital environment, a skilled problem solver, and most importantly be an excellent communicator, particularly written, and verbal.
We pride ourselves on providing the best consumer experience possible to ensure every parent has a wonderful experience with LittleOak. Feeding a baby is essential, so being able to problem solve and always be determined to find a solution is imperative for this role.
• Provide exceptional, caring, and honest service to our consumers via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Be a product knowledge expert to help consumers find products they need for their children or answer product-related questions. Training provided.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our consumers at all times.
• Convert product queries into sales.
• Actively work as a member of the team to ensure our company is presented in the best way.
• Develop relationships with consumers.
• Responding promptly to consumer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving consumer complaints.
• Co-ordinating order requests via email.
• Keeping records of consumer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
How can I tell if this is for me?
* Experience/education in an Infant care role such as Naturopath, Paediatrician, Midwife, Nutritionist, Lactation Consultant and/or other Health care professionals is essential.
* Super passionate about providing excellent consumer service with experience in a similar role.
