We are looking for Cert III or Diploma students to become a staff member to work as a room leader in the pre-kinder room (ages 3 to 4 years).
You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week on a 5-week rotating roster
**Requirements**:
- 2 years' experience
- Working with Childrens Check
- Diploma in Early Childhood education, Cert III OR someone working towards their Diploma.
- Energetic leader who is passionate about children and their learning
- Someone who is committed to their role as lead educator.

**Perks**:
- Salary 6.2% above award wages
- All educators contributing to the program receive non-contact time.
- Lead educators receive the following non-contact time.
- 1-12 children 2 hours per week,
- 13-24 children, 3 hours per week,
- 25-37 children 3.5 hours per week
- 38 or more children 4 hours per week.
- Option to purchase an additional 5-day annual leave.
- First aid, CPR, fire training, food safety & child protection courses are all provided.
- Qualification allowance for educators who hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education but not in an ECT role.
