Project Delivery Manager
Overview of the Role
The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects in North Queensland and surrounding regions. This role involves planning, overseeing and driving the delivery of multiple ground-improvement/geotechnical projects.
* Plan, develop and manage project delivery plans, including scheduling, resourcing, budgets, risk assessment/mitigation, logistics, equipment & materials, subcontractors.
* Coordinate with on-site crews: geologists, drillers, rope-access technicians, engineers – ensure roles, responsibilities, and tasks are clearly defined and executed.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environment (HSE) and compliance requirements, especially given often remote or difficult-access sites.
* Interface with clients, contractors, stakeholders, and relevant authorities: manage expectations, reporting, contract deliverables, change management.
* Monitor project progress, quality, costs – prepare and present regular status reports, forecasts, and post-project reviews/lessons learned.
* Manage mobilisation and demobilisation logistics for remote or hard-to-access terrains (equipment, transport, workforce, site setup).
