Our client is currently looking for a **Change Manager** to support staff transition to new ways of working with new systems and new processes.
This role requires excellent communications and teamwork skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of teams and individuals across multiple businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project change management and communications plans
- Develop communications and engagement materials
- Conduct change impact assessment and business change impact analysis
- Assess business readiness for change
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Lead and facilitate productive discussions and workshops with staff and stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in adopting the change
**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years' experience as a Change Manager or within a communications role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to translate complex information in simple messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Able to deliver engagement strategies and communications and change plans
- Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis
- Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously
