Description
* Timesheets: Enter and track job labour hours accurately.
* Purchase Orders: Raise POs, enter material costs into jobs, and assist with cost tracking.
* Freight Coordination: Organise and manage freight logistics for jobs and materials.
* Inductions: Arrange and monitor inductions for technicians, ensuring all records are complete and current.
* Travel Coordination: Book flights and accommodation for field technicians.
* Test Equipment: Record and maintain test gear calibration schedules.
* Rosters: Update technician rosters regularly and distribute to the team.
Profile
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and job management systems.
* Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
