About The Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy across the Group, including advertising for television, radio, and press, developing marketing collateral and digital campaigns, managing websites, social media, events and public relations. The objective is to deliver effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness and meet the Group sales targets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Diligently plan, develop, implement, and review marketing strategies across all SSG brands, in line with organisational objectives;
· Coordinate and manage marketing activities in the lead up to events such as Display Home openings, award wins and other key events;
· Develop and manage the marketing strategy across digital, print, and in-practice channels
· Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website performance
· Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership
· Manage marketing budget and external suppliers
· Manage day to day activities for all marketing assets including digital assets, printed collateral, signage, sales office presentation, and database assets.
· Manage marketing collateral in the form of range brochures, display brochures, promotional materials and merchandise.
· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities;
· Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of engaging content across all digital media assets
· Manage the design, creation and execution of effective eDM campaigns, whilst managing associated databases;
· Management of SEO/SEM requirements and AdWord campaigns with continuous reporting on all digital efforts to analyse and optimise traffic, engagement, and conversion;
· Maintenance of company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn;
About You
· 5+ years in a marketing role, with formal undergraduate degree or higher qualifications
· Demonstrated experience as an all-rounder marketing professional;
· Organised with excellent attention to detail;
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and branding
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Creative thinker with analytical skills
· Proven track record developing and implementing tactical marketing and communications plans
· Demonstrated success scaling digital campaigns and directly driving lead and revenue growth
· Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
· Strong grasp of social-first storytelling, copywriting, and platform-native content formats
· Excellent project management and communication skills, especially when juggling partner campaigns
