About the Role
This is a growth-focused sales role, not just account management.
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for generating new business, reactivating dormant customers, and converting opportunities through outbound calling, technical selling, and product demonstrations. The role is primarily phone-based, supported by selective field visits for demos, trials, and key opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business through high-volume outbound calling
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline
* Sell technical industrial solutions, not just products
* Demonstrate equipment and products (in person or via Teams)
* Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing customers
* Conduct site visits for demos, trials, and key sales opportunities
* Close deals with a strong focus on gross profit
* Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

What We're Looking For
* Proven outbound or hunter-style sales experience
* Confidence on the phone with strong objection-handling skills
* Technical aptitude and ability to explain products clearly
* Experience in industrial, welding, fabrication, trade, or B2B sales (highly regarded)
* Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
* Comfortable working independently and driving results
