Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for enthusiastic and service‐driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Full‐Time basis.
Responsibilities
* Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
* Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options.
* Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed expectations.
Shift Details (subject to change)
* Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
* Rotating roster Monday to Sunday.
* Split shifts may be required on some days.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required.
Hourly Rates (excluding Superannuation)
Monday – Friday: $25.85 per hour; Saturday: $32.31 per hour; Sunday: $38.78 per hour.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as waitstaff, bartender, or similar hospitality role.
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* Warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
* Proven experience delivering high‐quality customer service.
* Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
* Reliability, able to perform effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
