The Role
We are hiring a Lead Project Manager to own delivery across the business and elevate our project management capability.
This is not a coordination role — it is a delivery leadership position with accountability for:
Successful execution of complex enterprise projects
Ownership and evolution of the Interprit SDLC
Establishing consistent delivery standards across all engagements
Providing clear, metrics-driven visibility to leadership
You will operate across both fixed-price delivery and Agile/Scrum models, applying the right structure based on context.
This role sits on the local management team and plays a key role in how Interprit delivers at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and integration projects
Own project outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Define and enforce delivery standards aligned to PMI and Scrum principles
Drive continuous improvement of the Interprit SDLC and governance model
Establish clear portfolio-level reporting and metrics across all projects
Manage senior client stakeholders and navigate complex delivery environments
Provide structure and direction to cross-functional engineering teams
About You
8–12+ years delivering enterprise software projects
Strong experience in systems integration and/or custom application delivery
Proven track record managing fixed-price engagements and Agile delivery
Comfortable operating in technically complex environments (Azure/.NET preferred)
Highly structured, commercially aware, and outcome-focused
Able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (technical and business)
Full rights to work in Australia without visa or sponsorship
Preferred:
PMP or equivalent (PMI-aligned)
Scrum / Agile certifications
