About Our Client
A global organisation known for its impact in infrastructure is seeking an Administrator to join their Brisbane team. With a strong presence across major cities and a reputation for reliability and innovation
Responsibilities
- This is a quick paced and varied administrative role supporting a busy team. You'll be the central point of contact for backend operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. The role offers plenty of variety, and while the tasks are niche, full training will be provided, so attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Providing day to day administrative support to account managers and sales representatives
- Assist staff with updating internal systems and portals
- Managing backend processes and internal customer service tasks ( no external customer service involved)
- Track and support workflow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, can do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Available to start on short notice
- Highly reliable
- Strong communication
