Eligibility : Open to Everyone Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network - Hawker ASO2 | Part Time 0.8 FTE | Ongoing Base Salary Range: $58,709 - $63,154 p.a (pro rata) In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Locality Allowance and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

Further details regarding this can be found here Accommodation support may be available - conditions apply About the Role: As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Hawker Medical Centre.
In this important front-line position, you will provide confidential administrative and reception support to the Medical Practitioner, clients, and visiting health professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services for the local community.
You'll also liaise with the off-site pharmacy to coordinate timely medication supply and assist with financial processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff alike.
About You: Demonstrated experience in the provision of clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
Demonstrated experience in the reconciliation of simple cash accounts.

This is a part time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
