Service/Parts Manager

About the Role
As Service/Parts Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and parts department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our valued customers. Leading a team of 7, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, inventory management, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of 7 in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Manage service and parts inventory, ensuring availability and efficiency.
Deliver outstanding customer service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules to ensure timely and quality work.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the department meets or exceeds performance targets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in the automotive, caravan, or marine industry (ideal but not essential).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in parts or service management would be highly advantageous.
